Default Suddenly Missing an Application Button

Please Login to Remove!

Morning all,

I'm a new user and last night I downloaded an app for my newspaper. Somehow in the shuffle, I got rid of the "profiles" button. How do I get that back? I have no idea how to change my ring to vibrate, etc without it.

Thanks!

go to the main screen. hit menu, and menu again to bring up a menu on the bottom left. navigate to, and click on show all. look for the profiles icon. then highlight it, hit menu, and uncheck hide

Ok. I've done that, but it's still not showing up. The help feature in the phone is sort of useless.

Thank you for that suggestion, it will help me in the future. I'll have to make a phone call unless someone else has a solution. Ugh.

Look in all your folders particularly the Documents to Go folder.

When you press the menu key from the application screen and select show all, do you see grayed out icons?

Also, check other folders you may have on the device, it my have accidentally been moved into a folder.

It's not amongst the grayed out icons.

How do I see my folders? I haven't created any that I know of, and I don't see a My Documents option.

Thanks for helping!
