Default BB Messenger logging

Please Login to Remove!

I know this is a "hot" topic, but I have not found a true answer. I have searched around on the BB Forums and through various sites on the web. I am trying to find out how to log BlackBerry Messenger conversations. On the BlackBerry website, I have found where a user can log into the BlackBerry server (aka; BES) and edit properties, etc, but being a basic cell phone user through a national carrier, I do not know how to access any servers, and I do not have a personal server. How does one do this? Can "normal" cell phone subscribers access a BES?
For now, I copy the history of each conversation and paste it into a Notepad type file. But, this gets tedious.

Thank you for your replies!

Wirelessly posted

The current 4.x version of the BlackBerry messenger has NO WAY of logging conversation. Let me repeat, NO WAY of logging conversations.

However, the upcoming (already leaked and available) 5.0 version has the option of allowing you to store your conversations either on your phone or SD card memory.
