Default Help: Can't turn off wireless sync for contacts

Please Login to Remove!

I need your help to solve this issue.

Our company uses BES. Some of our employees are using POP accounts in their Outlook. We managed to enable their Blackberries to join BES and send/receive corporate e-mails. Their e-mails will also leave a copy in our Exchange server.

One of our employees wants to synchronize his contacts and appointments. There is no way to do wireless sync because they are in his pop account. What we did was activate his Blackberry wirelessly to join BES, installing Desktop Manager to work with personal e-mails (It has to be set to work with personal e-mail. He will not be able to send/receive e-mails from his Blackberry if it is installed to work with BES), and asking him to sync contacts and appointments via DM.

He is able to turn off wireless sync for appointments from his Blackberry, but not for address book. Every time after he changes YES to NO and hit Save, the option is still YES.

I am wondering if there is something we can do from BES, or delete the service booked generated by BES from his Blackberry.

Please help!!
