Default My BBM is messing up. Please Help

Please Login to Remove!

Everytime i recieve or make a message on blackberry messenger it automatically ends the conversation after about 5 min without me ending it myself. i went to the store and they didnt know what was wrong.. does anybody know what im talking about? I've only had my BB pearl for about 2 weeks now and when i got it i bought it with a 4GB memory so i dont think memory is the problem

Is it stock or due you have a beta version of BBM or the BB OS.

it just started happending a couple days ago also. it has never done this before. I've only had this phone for 2 weeks

If you didn't download it then it is the stock version. Did you try a battery pull and re-send the service books.

ill try that. but i was reading somewhere else and people said the've done that but it only works for a couple hours

listen.....give it some time....youll get used to certain quirks....you gotta be patient its a smartphone....probably your first.....you need bb app world at least as a beginer so you can get all the "good" apps......

the best fix is almost always a battery pull....but quickpull allows you to "simulate" a battery pull without physically doing it.

If that battery pull doesnt work......resend service books....one of those 2 will fix it

My Girlfriends Got The Pearl.. She Had This Happen.. I Checked Memory And Memory it Was Very Low, So I Cleaned Messages And Made Sure Pictures Saving To Memory Card... Once That Was Done, Didn't Happen Anymore

Hi, i'm new here and maybe i'm not posting this question in the right section.... but i'm very desperate.........i have instaled the 4.5 os operating system on my blackberry 8100 from t mobile.. and it keeps restarting .. over and over... help what can i do? why does it do that?.... plzz help...( plzzz Email me if you can help at(joker.noob@mail.ru) ) anythis will be apreciated....: cry:
