Hi all, this is my first post here, and I need a little help. I am currently in the process of recycling a lot of blackberries, and it takes a long time for them to wipe and remove the it policy and update. So I was wanting to know how to hook up multiple blackberries at one to the desktop manager, or how to open multiple instances of the manager. Any help would be great. Thanks...

Dont think you can have multiple instances of the manager or devices hooked up. You can wipe the device from the device itself: Options>Security>General Settings>menu key>wipe handheld.
