Default Email on BB but Not Downloaded To Outlook

Please Login to Remove!

I just bought a new Blackberry Bold and have been trying to set up my email account to my BB and my outlook.

I have set my email to IMAP coz I want all my incoming emails to be remained in the server while I can download it to both BB and Outlook.

Last week I noticed that some emails (abt a dozen of them) I view on my BB are not showing on my outlook. When I view via webmail, all those missing mail are there in the webmail but strangely, it was not downloaded to Outlook.

Is there something I'm missing??

Pls help...

Sounds like the problem is with your compy and syncing.

Also, maybe your mail server is only set to allow one IMAP connection at a time.

Either way, I don't know whay to tell u to do to fix it. Good luck

Thanks zerog46 and dankarlinski for your reply.

I have check "to leave a copy of the on the server" box in WinMail when I discovered some of my mail are missing.

Well, I forgot to mentioned earlier that I am actually on Windows Vista Winmail not MS Outlook nor Outlook Express. Wondering if there is any compatibility issues with Winmail on IMAP - BB - WinMail synchronization ?

Thanks

AFAIK, IMAP is IMAP. I don't think there should be an issue.

Is this a personal accound or work?

Both the phone and the hosting was registered under company name. It is a dedicated server hosting using Direct Admin Control Panel.

Hopefully it is not because of Windows Mail ?
