Default Reset the Blackberry OS

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there,

I just got an unlocked new BB curve 8900 from T-Mobile and I want to reset the OS in order to put off every T-Mobile options and get the factory BB settings.
Is it possible to do so and is it not too difficult? And if I do so, does the mobile will be locked again and does every T-Mobile option will be gone?

Thanks for your attention guys.

You can do a security wipe to re-set the BB to factory, but that will not remove apps that come with the BB from T Mobile.

Options, Security Options, General Settings, Menu, Wipe Hanheld.

Default Reset The BB OS

Thanks for the answer zerog46, I appreciate!

Is there any method to remove the T-Mobile apps then?
For instance I would like to replace the T-Mobile browser to the factory one!
What's the steps to do so?

Thanks for the attention guys

Wirelessly posted (overwhelmingly stressed)

The apps from tmo are pushed down to the device via service books! You can delete them but anytime you do a battery pull they will be resent to your device
