does the 7100 series come with a PIM included? like the palms do... or does it ONLY sync with programs already on your computer
I have searched - reloaded (thinking I was overlooking something), gone to Blackberry website, downloaded the latest software - reloaded. After a few hours of this, I've given up and found this forum.
I'm using ACT for my PIM and I have it working. My wife is used to using something much simplier - like the basic contact manager that is supplied with Palm units. I'm stuck on hers trying to figure out what to use.
Any suggestions

Her BB will sync with Outlook on her computer.

The BlackBerry does not come with any PIM software, like Palm Desktop. You will need to sync to Outlook, Act, Lotus Organizer or the other programs Intellisync can use. If she has Outlook, you can sync her Palm to Outlook using the Palm Conduits for Outlook that came on the Palm CD. Then sync from Outlook to the BB.

Palm -> Outlook -> BlackBerry
