Hi All,

We have an issue at the moment whereby none of our 500 users are able to send external emails, Internal emails work fine but external emails produce the error message 'Desktop email program unable to submit message'
Have checked the besadmin account and this is not locked out and users have the save as selected against accounts within AD for besadmin,
Has anyone seen this problem before and know what the fix may be?.
