Exclamation Tether to another mobile device - Surely someone else has done it!

Any help with this appreciated!

I can not find anywhere instructions on tethering a Blackberry to a device running Windows CE. Anybody done this? Surely someone has used their Blackberry as a modem for a mobile computer other than a laptop.

This is my work phone a Curve on AT&T and I am trying to use it as a modem for our surveying controller which runs Windows CE. I used to use just a regular phone with a data plan and it worked great. We upgraded to a BB and have had nothing but trouble. Fails at Network Authentication every time.
