I have been waiting for three weeks for my Bold to be repaired and until now it has even been sent to the authorized service centre. Crazy crazy RIM Support for the Blackberry. It almost seems like RIM doesn't believe they need to support their customers.
Can somebody please give me the Blackberry Service Center Contact number in Singapore?
Apparently no one can reach them and they are definitely not to be found on the RIM website.
How on earth does someone get their BB repaired?
