It looks like they have posted Desktop Manager 4.0 (which has been available on the RIM Support web site), but I don't see any 4.0 handheld code.

The Desktop Software has been out for sometime - it's the handheld software Version 4 that most people are waiting for and it still is not there!

Hi, it is the desktop software. I have loaded it without any problems. I have also loaded the handheld OS 4. I got it from the thread :

I have a 7280 on Rogers. I downloaded the AT&T version for the 7280.
Phone number fonts when dialing are smaller. Web browser is extremely slow but colours and content that are able to be shown are much more complete than in previous versions. Loading time is extremely slow. I am not on an enterprise server.
