Default No Browsing option!!

Please Login to Remove!

So I got a Blackberry curve 8330 from Telus as a gift, and the phone has no internet browsing capabilities!!!!! I am so heartbroken. Does anyone know any free applications I can Install for my phone since I have no browser. Can't I use windows live messenger or anything like that?!!?!? Help!

you need a data plan.
a blackberry data plan on your account to browse/use and download apps/get email etc.

I have the data plan...i can do email and everything, bot not browse..weird!!!! i called my provider , they said i can only email not browse

Does your carrier have different data plans -- email only vs. full internet access?

Hit the menu key and show all maybe the browser icon is hidden somewhere.

Also try resending your service books from your Email Setup icon or your BIS page.

When you say data plan did you verify you have BlackBerry data plan?
