Default Media card reformating issues

Please Login to Remove!

I was cleaning my bb and i took the battery off while cleaning it. After placing the battery and turning on my phone, it told me that I need to reformat the media card. I've already read how to do it. But I don't want to loose everything that is on there. Is there any way that I can recover the stuff on the card before I reformat it?

Thanks in advance for your help :]

I did plug it into my computer and it said the same thing. I was using a q-tip and water. It was just on the outer surfaces, nothing around the media card.

I would try and take out the Media Card and put it in again.

Have you tried using a Media Card reader?
