Default Call quality/reception 7520

I ordered a Nextel 7520 and was wondering what kind of call quality and reception I should expect- compared to Sprint. I hope that the bluetooth pairs with my toyota bluetooth handsfree profile. ?

I must admit that my 7520 has gotten much better reception in areas that I was having trouble with before. Especially in my home which I would have to go out to the living room to get reception with my i860. Now I am all over the house with no problems.

That's great news. Are you happy with the speakerphone function? Is it full duplex? Do people on the listening end of your calls complain about sound quality?

I previously had an MPX200 Smartphone on AT&T Wireless network and was very unsatisfied with the coverage. I had previously had a NEXTEL and knew that their service was MUCH better in the East Bay Area of CA. This is one of the main reasons I switched back. That and the release of this SWEET phone.

I have used the speakerphone and my Jabra BT250 with the 7520 and find both to work extremely well. Callers can hear me well using both devices, and I can hear them fine.

I do notice a slight echo with the BT as described in some of these forums, but I find it bearable.

Overall, I have been VERY satisfied with the purchase. I hope you enjoy yours as much!

I upgraded from the 7510 to the 7520 and have noticed a major difference, with much better call reception. Also noticed that the phone seems to be a bit more solid and built a little better than the 7510.

The backlight, double memory, gps and bluetooth make it worth it.
