Hi Everybody,

I have an issue with Nokia 9300 and BES server V.4. Indeed, Nokia was recognized by the server and user is correctly set up with server/device however he can send mail but can't received it.

When I check the Bes Server, I can see that the device was not set properly because I have this message"no addtionnal information is available for this handheld "

If someone have any clue, it will be great
