Wondering if anybody has come across this before -

If I do a soft reset following installation of third party apps or using Soft Pull - the device will not switch back on until I do a physical battery pull. I get a red light that stays on for about 10 seconds and then just a black screen. A battery pull resolves and the device works fine thereafter.

Whilst it is not the end of the world, just wondering if this is something that can be resolved.

I am using a Curve 8900.
