I just got a never used 7130. I installed the software on my Vista laptop following instructions, but when I connect my BB with the included USB cable it does not connect with my computer. the desk top manager is 220.127.116.11. When I click on "intellisync"/options/connection settings, connection is set at USB but when I click "detect" I get a message make sure device is connected, devise not found.
How do I fix this, or how do I erase all installation from my computer, including drivers, to get a brand new install?
