I have a BB 8330 and my co-worker and her boss have the BB 8310. Their network is AT&T and mine is Verizon. My co-worker and I have font BB Alpha Serif but her boss doesn't I was trying to see how my co-worker's boss could get the same font style we have.

Upgrade the boss' device to OS 4.5 or higher.

And how do I do that???

Have your co-worker's boss contact their IT department, or whomever handles BlackBerry devices in your company, and have them do it.
