Default Receiving Corporate emails with Personal emails

Please Login to Remove!

I have a corporate email account on my BB with 2 other personal email accounts. When I view my Corporate Outlook emails, I also receive the other emails from my personal email accounts. This is very annoying. How can I stop receiving personal emails in my Corporate outlook email account? Any help will be appreicated.

Install 'Empower BES Mailbox' if your BES admin allows it.

All messages go into the "Messages" folder. That is how the BB works.

As Penguin said, to fix it use Empower.

I have downloaded the application and I have a new icon, but I am still receiving all the personal emails. Am I missing something? Is there a menu where I can edit the settings?

Check for BESMailbox icon under your Downloads or Applications folder and drag it to your Home Screen to have ready access to it.

Next, go to Options > BESMailbox > Choose Mailbox (Menu Item) to set the correct email account under BESMailbox. Now, when you click your BESMailbox icon you will view only the emails that were addressed to your BES account.

Just keep in mind that Empower doesn't work all that well with any OS higher than 4.2 due to restrictions imposed by RIM. You probably won't see any sent messages and you'll have to hit escape twice to get out of it. You might want to pass the following link on to your BB Admin and see if he will do this. This procedure will put a mailbox icon on your BB for just your BES messages, just like your BIS mailboxes.

Best of all it's free and works better than Empower.
