i have an 8100...at this time its inop...is there somewhere i can send it to so that it may be refurbished...any suggestions will be greatly appreciated...thanx

the rom is shot...i've tried everything here in the forums to correct the problem but no luck... wont even connect to pc no matter what i tried...it does have a 2 pause 3 blinking red led...will not boot up at all...i've tried for about a month to work on it but it just wont give...seems others who had this led code arent able to get theirs working either...

And you've tried all the options to connect and wipe with JL_Cmder? That is all that any repair shop will do, use JL_Cmder to wipe and reload an OS.

yes..i have tried all those...it just wont connect at all..."sigh"...i guess theres nothing left to do if thats all a repair shop would do...thanx jsanders for your quick response.

Well, if you have the patience, keep trying. I've seen it take 20-30 tries with JL Cmder to connect. Try it with and withOUT the battery inserted.
