Default No send on replying to an email??

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user with a T-Mobile Blackberry that lost the send option when he's trying to reply to emails. He can still send by creating a new message, it's only when you replies back to a message. Everything was working a week ago. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like the email address delivered to, does not have a service book for sending from.

I've seen this when a user is on BES and someone sends to their blackberry address and they don't have the service book installed for it.

That's exactly what it is - the CMIME service book is the key apparently. If on BES resend the service books and that should do it.
