Are Blackberry Texts from the Flip 8220 Permanently Deleted from the phone? Are they delivered through the SIM card at all for T-Mobile? Do they Go Only to the Internal Memory? Can they be Recovered from the INternal Memory?

Welcome to the forums.

SMS messages are stored in onboard memory, not the media card or SIM card. Once they're deleted, they're gone.

Any way to recover from the internal memory, like a SIM Card reader?

No. The only possible way would be if you made a backup of your device prior to deleting the messages. Then you could restore the SMS database to your device.

Other than that, you're out of luck.

Unless you have Options->SMS Text->Leave Messages on SIM Card set to Yes (not recommended as you'll quickly run out of space for SMS messages).

In the future, you can open an SMS message and use the Menu key to select "Save". This marks it as a saved message and puts it in a hidden folder where it will remain until you delete that copy. Then you can delete the original it but the saved copy will remain in the Saved Messages folder, accessed by opening your Message folder and hitting V. Cleans out the inbox but retains those messages you want for later reference.

The carrier can retrieve them with a court order. Not sur eif that is what you really asking about or not.
