hey...i juss wanted to knw if v can install blackberry app world on the blackberry 8900 purchased from india with bill???

If you have a BlackBerry Data Plan, then yes.
Otherwise, no.

ok...so can i download the apps from the app world...cause on the site it says u require a paypal account...can the free apps be downloaded???

You can download free apps fine without the PayPal account. You will need to have a PayPal account to purchase apps.
