Default Orange 8320 Improved signal through BT Broadband

Please Login to Remove!

I have poor signal strength at home.

I heard about using wifi for improved signal. I currently have a BT Homehub so connected to this using wifi settings on my Blackberry (8320). This immediately solved the problem. A UMA signal bar replaced the GPRS and the call quality was perfect.

After about 24hrs this changed and the UMA display was replaced by SOS. I have since had poor signal. Every so often it changes back to UMA but it is more often than not either 1 bar GPRS or SOS.

Has anybody experienced this? Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you in advance.
