What does the Icon on the top right means (it looks like a globe)? Sometimes it will have a number to the left of it (please view the attachment).

Browser push message.
Go into your Message folder, press the menu key and select View Folder. Then check your Browser and WAP push messages folders. You should see them there.

It's called 3G8900TodayQLSlotnav, just changed the background to a Windows 7 Background I found in the Windows 7 preview site. It is the first link. Some additional free themes for 8900 :

3G Theme (similar to IPhone) :
3G Navi With Hidden Today
3G Navi Without Today

HTC Hero for the Curve 8900 :

Download
Calendar, Messages, Sms/Mms Version: OTA
Calendar, Messages(Combine) Version: OTA
Info/Feedback: HTC Hero Theme Page (8900)

Hybrid Pro :

Combines IPhone, Android, and blackberry Icons into 1 theme : http://www.owinwood.co.uk/stormTheme...Hybrid_Pro.jad
