Default Phone wont turn on...

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys, before any one has a go at me and says check previous posts for a solution, trust me i have.

Basically i went to bed, woke up and my phone was off. It wouldnt turn on at all. It only turns on when its plugged to the charger. And when i say it turns on, i mean it only goes to a white screen with a battery in the middle with the charge sign going across it. it doesnt move from there. Ive tried to find so many solutions so far but nothing is working. please guys i would really appreciate ur help.

its a 8900 curve btw..

thanks

and everytime i go through the method of reinstaling the OS it always fails and this message comes up.. Unable to reconnect to the device during a multi-stage load operation..

my phone also goes back to the signal with the battery and charger sign in the middle. it only goes to this if it is plugged to either the charger or computer. it will not turn on any other way..

I think the 2 choices are battery or problem with the phone. Worth a trip to a local store to try a different battery I would think, or a call to customer service.
