Default adress book contact names not showing in incoming calls when my BB is locked

Please Login to Remove!

My company has enforced password lock on my BB bold. I am fine with it for security reasons.
However I notice that when the phone is locked, when I get a call from any of my contacts in the address book, the name is not associated and only number is shown. However the call logs are showing the contact names after the fact.
Is there any setting I can change to show me contact names from address book for incoming calls when my BB is locked?

It is very frustrating to not know who is calling and it is not possible to remember everyone's number.

thanks
Nitin

I believe its to do with content protection enabled, which by the sounds of it was done via the IT policy and so wont be changable.

Wirelessly posted (Its All About the U!)

Go to options, security settings and see what happens. Or see what IT says to you. It may be an oversight and a simple settings adjustment.

thanks for the replies. It helped. There is an option to not apply this for contacts and after I said "No" it works fine.

Options > Security Options > General Settings.
Content Protection: Include contacts - No.

thanks
