Default Delete one of two "from" addresses on device

I use a BES and haven't used BIS in forever. A friend changed gmail addresses and when she tries to send a message to someone it wants to use her old address (which is invalid) vs. her new one. How can instruct her to correct this?

According the OS on the device, tell them to look at Options > Advanced > Default Services, or Options > Advanced > Message Services.

But your friend really needs to go back to the BIS login or place they setup the email account, and delete the invalid email account.

Then at Options > Advanced > Service Books, delete the two instances of [cimime] and [cical] of the old invaild email address.
