I am writing to see if anyone else is having a problem recieving thier rebates?
We purchased a Blackberry Phone from T-moble that had a $50 rebate attached to it, it was a manufatures rebate but it looks like The Mobile Solution is processing the rebates. We sent in all the information with delivery confermation (confirmed delivery on USPS website) 8 weeks ago and still have not heard anything.
When we send an email we are getting the same canned responce:
We were understaffed so it is taking longer then six weeks to process a rebate. As long as you sent in all the required paperwork along with the rebate form then you probably will receive your rebate within three to four weeks. Sorry for the delay.

Its not that I can't wait for the rebate, its these damn caned responces that are irritating me. No one will even tell us if they have the documents and when you call the number the mail box is full.
I looked through the forum and I didn't see any other posts on this, so that made me wonder if there is anyone else out there having the same problems as I, or if this is just an issolated problem?
