Default BB Strom keeps locking itself

Please Login to Remove!

My BB Storm keeps locking itself, and i dont have it set to. its no certain set of time i dont think but it happens very often without any contact with the button. Help!!

the phone locks like if you would hit the lock button. but i have it sitting in front of me and it goes into lock mode by itself without the button being touched and i dont have it set to lock after a certain amount of time.....

If your on a BES maybe the IT policy is set to lock. It may be that the BB does not want to work and is taking a nap.
Ok , just kidding. Try to add a lock time and let it lock. then change it to off then save, then pull the battery to reset it. That may work.

i tried that before you posted without any luck but i did 6 battery pulls and it finally seems to have stopped so everything is good! thx for the help much appreciated
