Did you try to find/delete record #54? It could possibly be a blank entry.
You could also do a backup of the BB and then delete all of the calendar entries on the BB and then run sync again and see what happens. Make the BB backup first however, in case it doesn't work and you need to bring back the calendar on the BB.
Desktop manager is version 5 as stated in original post.
How and where do I find out what or where Item #54 is. Are there log files that are generated?
Checking on the version of the phone. Can I walk the user through to pull that information from the phone itself?
