RIM usually does a concert, not every year but frequently enough.

Last time it was Van Halen with Tragically Hip opening for them at the Air Canada Center.

Now RIM will be bringing in U2 for this years concert.

Can't wait!

Been seeing the commercials for that. Didn't know it was a concert. Thought it was a limited edition U2 BB device.

RIM is actually sponsoring the North American portion of the tour. There is also an exclusive Blackberry U2 downloadable album coming out at some point.

A friend of mine at RIM was trying to decide between floor and stands as RIM employees are picking out tickets now.

I found out that because where I work I might get tickets to the event. Mike L is the reason I have a job I'd say

Sept 16th, the day before the two Toronto shows.

I only get 1 ticket, so I'll have to see how upset the girlfriend will be seeing as I can't bring her, heh.
