for some reason my emails come through, but only show up in my SMS box - the Email box is missing (it isn't hidden, I checked and only my BBM alerts come to the messages folder). When they do show up, it's from "700" and only has the message's subject with the person's address - no message or anything. For instance, an email will look like this:

F: "Bob Jones" <123@hotmail.com
S: Hey

sent to: "my name"
<my address>

ID:my phone number


does anyone know what's wrong?

The 700 messages are SMS. Either you're getting notifications via SMS or you're getting email relayed via SMS. There's a similar thread at:

Did you actually add your email account via BIS?
