Default Repetitve error messages in event log re: Exchange Server?

Please Login to Remove!

We have BES and Exchange Server. Everything works fine when users receive e-mails - the e-mails get forwarded from Exchange Server to their cell phones.

However, we get constant repetitive alerts in the event log. I see someone else had the same problem but got no response from this forum. I copy and paste his message here because it's same problem I'm having. Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Here is the other members message which got no response (note: for us this error occurs for many users, not just one, and is plugging up our event log):

Constant event log errors from one client - 05-23-2005, 08:34 AM

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I've got one client on my BES (4.01 HF1) that I constantly get error's from his account. There are usually 6 errors right in a row sometimes they appear in different orders. One thing I noticed, the Folder ID in one of the message constantly gets more negative.

{EMAIL ADDRESS} MAPIMailbox::SetFolderState - CreateMessage (0x80040102) failed.

{EMAIL ADDRESS} LoadFolderList Could not save Folder State. FolderID=-356.

{EMAIL ADDRESS} MAPIMailbox::SetFolderState - CreateMessage (0x80040102) failed.

{EMAIL ADDRESS} MAPIMailbox::SetFolderState - CreateMessage (0x80040102) failed.

{EMAIL ADDRESS} UpdateFolderState Could not save Folder State. FolderID=-357.

{EMAIL ADDRESS} Could not Update Folder State. TagId=19657

They'll happen sometimes every few minutes then others half an hour to a couple hours at a time. I don't know how critial the error is but it's annoying, it's filling up my logs, and it's only for one cleint.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
