Help! phone volume and text messenger notifier
 

Hi..I hope someone can help me...

Im trying to change the default volume on the phone...the instructions say "menu-> options->general options->change the default call volume field"...well, when i push options, i don't have a general option button! Now what?
also, I am able to set the phone ringer, but can't seem to find the way to set my text messenging notifier..now, it's silent!
any info would be so appreciated....oh yea...my BB is the 8330

green call button then menu options etc

profiles - advanced - profile to change
sms - change ringtone

Hi...i just tried that but when i go into advanced, there is nothing that says profile to change sms, change ringtone...i'm really puzzled...

right so you've click on profiles
you've gone to advanced
you've highlight the profile you want to change i.e. normal
then menu - edit
then there is a list of things you can change
scroll to SMS
and click
then change the ringtone next to RINGTONE:
