Enterprise Activation Gone Bad
My Bberry Storm was slow in receiving my Corp. email. So teh BES Support team suggested a fresh enterprise activation. When this was completed, I noticed 3 problems:
1) Can not delete any old emails prior to activation.
2) Every contact was duplicated, so I have 2 entries for each contact.
3) Every calendar entry was also duplicated.
Any work arounds?
I'd wipe it with JL_Commander, or the BES support team do it. Then do the activation all over again.
You don't need to wipe with JL_CMDER, just do a security wipe to remove all data. Yes, you will lose settings, but not 3rd party applications.
As long as the BES Admin doesn't remove you from the BES, you'll get back your settings, but not any old email (you'll get new mail going forward).
