I am using Microsoft office outlook 7, could I set up the sent items from my bb, should go into sent items in my outlook, I need that for compliance. Thanks

Not sure what you are asking about. First of all, there is no Outlook 7. May Office 97 or Office 2007?

What compliance are you asking about?

If this is for a company, perhaps you need to speak to the IT staff?

Sounds like you might be talking email. Email can't be synched with BIS.

You'll have to bcc yourself in the email settings in the BB email setup.

Are you on BES or BIS? For the latter, follow monkeypaw's post. You'll also need to set up a rule to move BCC'ed email to Sent Items in Outlook.

If you're on BES check to see if Sent Items is redirected (should be by default IIRC).
