Wirelessly posted (Tmo's cheapest BB customer)

If your phone is completely dead, what makes you think any app will work on it?

The only program that will work is the Theft Deterrent Feature. I've got it on my Sprint phone.

There is an app by Fabian called TurnRadipOn that will allow you to turn the radio on when your battery is too low to make a call. It is to make at least 1 emergency call. That is about it.
