What do you mean by Internet service?

What exactly are you trying to do?

OK - you are trying to use "BIS" - the BlackBerry Internet Service web site. I am guessing that this is a used BlackBerry that you recently got?

Double check (Options / Status) that you have the correct PIN and IMEI. If BIS says that the device is already registered you have to contact the original seller (or try AT&T) to delete the account.

Since you don't have a data plan, don't waste time trying to log in. To send service books, you have to have data plan.
