Hi guys,

I noticed that the battery is only lasting a day on my 8310.
Then noticed that the hour glass (to say the phone is active) comes on for a second every 3 secs or so.

So common sense says the phone is busy or lockd up on a program. Then I realised that my emails haven't been coming through for a few days .

I know this sounds a bit weird but if anyone else has had a similar problem then help would be really appreciated.

try a hard reset (pull the battery out while the device is on) if that doesnt work, a handheld software update/upgrade may be required or a master reset...check with your carrier's tech support for help if these dont work or if you are not comfortable with doing this yourself.
