Default Dial while on a call

Please Login to Remove!

Hi
Can anyone please advise how I can punch a number into my BB 8900 while on a call and then then use that number to dial the next call.
ie while on a call someone gives me a number which I punch into the phone - I then want to use that number to dial the next call without loosing it when I end the current call.

Press your escape key right of the trackball and go your contacts to enter the new entry.

Or your memo pad or even an email to yourself saved as a daft.
Or just open the notes fir that call and enter the number.

Thanks
But usually dont have time for this
While talking someone calls out the number and I punch it into the phone but loose it when the call ends.
I was able to just press the green dial button on all my previous phones and the number was saved as if I had made a call and I could then just redial it!

There's no way to do that with BlackBerry devices. You have to put it somewhere - address book entry, notepad... as has been suggested.

+1 for call notes. Seems quickest and easiest option while on a call.
