Default I need immediate help with my phone!!!

Please Login to Remove!

My blackberry has the white screen of death so I was told to reinstall or update the os on the phone. When I tried to open device manager it asked me for a password which I couldn't answer so once I tried the tenth attempt it wiped my phone. Now when I click update software on device manager it brings a new window saying "Select a device to connect" and has two entry lines asking for a pin and a password. Where do I get these? I thought I already wiped my phone? What do I do next?

Wirelessly posted

It wants you to create a new password. You must have a password requirement on your BlackBerry or an IT policy. Or you have the certificate synchronizer installed in the desktop manager.

Create a new one, don't forget it this time around

Well I did get into the device manager finally. Now I'm confused on how to fix the white screen. I've taken the advice to reinstall/install th os but I don't know how to do it. Can anybody help?
