Options - media card make sure mass storage mode is enabled, check all the options so it automatically happens when you can connect to your pc.

Is that an application? If so, you can't install it on the device from the SD card directly.

To see the files on the media card using the device, open Media > Menu key > Explore. You can browse the media card that way.

How do I open an .exe file that I've downloaded to my BB (Tour)? Do I have to use Desktop Manager?

You don't have a media folder anywhere? Did you hide it? Should be somewhere on your phone. I have mine set for the left convienence key to be that. Once you find the media folder where it lists your pictures, music, videos, and ringtones hit the BB menu button and the go explore.

Your BlackBerry can't open .EXE files. You need to copy them to your computer.
