Default Blackberry/Outlook - messages marked as read

Please Login to Remove!

is there a way to stop the messages marked as read when read from a blackberry. the message in outlook is then marked as read and the user wants it show as not read.

You should be able to disable wireless reconciliation.

I have this issue as well.
What other functions will be lost when wireless reconciliation is off?
