Hello ive just bought a 2nd hand blackberry curve 8310 i want to set up my existing email account on it, ive been on setup wizard an email setup and it asks me " has your blackberry enterprise server administrator provided you with a enterprise activation password? what is this and how do i get one , im a complete novice any advice would be great ,thanks Anthony.

Then you don't have an IT Policy on the device.

So, in the email setup, rather than choosing the "enterprise setup" you will need to choose the "personal email setup" option.

If you don't have the personal email option, then do you have the BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your mobile provider's account?
