Default 2+ hour email delay?

my colleagues and i all work in the same place but thier devices received email every 20 min or so(normal) mine took over 2 hours to get some of the same emails today, last week it happened and it took over 3.5 hours on a particular day. i have a tour and the rest of them have-storms x2-tour x1-8830 x3-curve x2. what could cause this? we are on bis/owa.

sorry for typos-cant get used to this tablet pc

Your results are atypical.
There was/is a national outage/degradation of service today.
9-9-09 4:30 PM, Verizon/ATT BIS Down

Delays like that are almost always carrier-related.

thats what i thought, we are all on vzw and they did not have problems.only my bb did????

It was sporadic from carrier to carrier. Yes, Verizon was out in some areas as well. Read the link.
