Default why is my wi-fi not working?

Hey thanks for reading
hopefully ill get a answer and will be able to use my wi fi again cause of you guys ! :D

im using a BB gemeni (curve 8520) and when i try to work the wi-fi
it doesnt work anymore, i used to be able to use it and go on internet and all that stuff but i tried it just now and it said; "If this problem persists, please contact your service provider" i called FiDo they told me to call blackberry i tried calling them but i got the wrong bumber.

PLEASE HEELP!
( any help is appreciated )

Try a battery pull while your BB is running. That forces a soft reset and straightens out lots of issues like this.

Also, if you've used another WiFi source recently your BB could be stuck trying to use that and failing to release it.
