Default Problems Synching Blackberry with Outlook 2007

None of my Calendar appointments carry over when I run a two-way synch. The Desktop Manager v5.0 automatically runs a Synch when I plug in my Blackberry Curve 8300, but none of the appointments synch.

I followed the basic advice from these forums:
- I've reset the configuration,
- went through Syncronization Advance Options to make sure its synching both ways from the proper Outlook folder (Personal/Calendar)
- I've removed the Business Contact Manager from Outlook

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

try downgrading to a lower DM... like 4.6
