Default Storm Stuck on Software License agreement

Please Login to Remove!

I just got my Storm 9530 (Unlocked) using on the ATT network.

It worked fine when I got it but as soon as I used the switch device utility the phone will not allow me to click past the software agreement screen. the "OK" highlights but it will not accept the click to get past it so I cannot access any wipe functions or anything on the phone.

I have tried reloading the OS several times (upgrading and downgrading), pulled the battery probably 50 times with several different ways of pulling the SIM and Media card.

I have tried deleting all the files and starting over through windows explorer. Have tried formatting the device through windows.
I'm at a loss as to how to get this thing back working again. It worked fine yesterday.

PLEASE HELP!

Have you tried to wipe it completely? Note, if it works, you will lose all your data.

Thats just it, I know how to wipe it, but cannot get past the agreement screen to make those changes. It boots up and keep the message up. You need to click OK that you accept the agreement, but it won't accept the click.

I posted the link to the FAQ where it tells how to use JL_Cmder to wipe the phone. Does even that not work? You might have to try to pop the battery in while it's hooked to the PC, then right when it gets recognized by the PC, try JL_cmder.

Deleting things and formating through Windows explorer isn't wiping. It's just deleting the contents of the data portion of memory. JL_cmder deletes the OS off the phone. There'd be no licensing agreement coming up.

There's also this other FAQ if it is hard to get the device to wipe:
